Terms of Service

1. Service operator
seku.chat is operated by Zumitomi Oy, Finland. The service is currently in public beta.
2. What seku.chat is
seku.chat is an encrypted messaging service. Messages are automatically deleted according to the chosen expiry time. The service does not require or store your real name, phone number, or email address.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use seku.chat. This is the age of digital consent under Finnish and EU law (GDPR Article 8).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use seku.chat to distribute illegal content, facilitate illegal activity, harass or threaten others, send spam, or attempt to compromise the security of the service.
5. Service availability
seku.chat is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or availability. As a beta service it may change or be discontinued.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, the operators of seku.chat are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of messages or data.
7. Your personal data
We collect and process only the minimum data necessary to operate the service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. For a full explanation of what is stored and for how long, see what the server stores.
8. Your rights under GDPR
As a user in the EU you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — delete your account from Settings to remove all your data permanently.
- Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
- Complaint — you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
To exercise these rights, delete your account from Settings or contact us via the helpdesk.
9. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you continue using the service after an update is posted, you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved in Finnish courts.

1. Palvelun tarjoaja
seku.chat-palvelua ylläpitää Zumitomi Oy, Suomi. Palvelu on tällä hetkellä julkisessa beta-vaiheessa.
2. Mitä seku.chat on
seku.chat on salattu viestintäpalvelu. Viestit poistetaan automaattisesti valitun voimassaoloajan mukaan. Palvelu ei vaadi eikä tallenna oikeaa nimeäsi, puhelinnumeroasi tai sähköpostiosoitettasi.
3. Ikävaatimus
Palvelun käyttö edellyttää vähintään 16 vuoden ikää. Tämä on digitaalisen suostumuksen ikäraja Suomessa ja EU:ssa (GDPR:n 8. artikla).
4. Hyväksyttävä käyttö
Sitoudut olemaan käyttämättä seku.chat-palvelua laittoman sisällön levittämiseen, laittoman toiminnan mahdollistamiseen, muiden käyttäjien häirintään tai uhkailuun, roskapostin lähettämiseen tai palvelun tietoturvan vaarantamiseen.
5. Palvelun saatavuus
seku.chat tarjotaan sellaisena kuin se on, ilman takuita käyttöajasta tai saatavuudesta. Beta-vaiheessa oleva palvelu voi muuttua tai päättyä.
6. Vastuunrajoitus
Suomen lain sallimissa rajoissa seku.chatin ylläpitäjät eivät ole vastuussa palvelun käytöstä aiheutuvista vahingoista, mukaan lukien viestien tai tietojen menetys.
7. Henkilötietosi
Keräämme ja käsittelemme vain palvelun toiminnan kannalta välttämättömät tiedot. Voit poistaa tilisi milloin tahansa Asetuksista, mikä poistaa tietosi pysyvästi. Täydellinen selvitys tallennetuista tiedoista ja säilytysajoista löytyy sivulta mitä palvelin tallentaa.
8. GDPR-oikeutesi
EU:n käyttäjänä sinulla on seuraavat oikeudet henkilötietoihisi:
- Oikeus saada pääsy tietoihin — pyydä kopio hallussapitämistämme tiedoistasi.
- Oikeus oikaista tietoja — pyydä virheellisten tietojen korjaamista.
- Oikeus tietojen poistamiseen — poista tilisi Asetuksista poistaaksesi kaikki tietosi pysyvästi.
- Oikeus käsittelyn rajoittamiseen — pyydä rajoittamaan tietojesi käsittelyä.
- Valitusoikeus — voit tehdä valituksen Suomen tietosuojavaltuutetulle osoitteessa tietosuoja.fi.
Oikeuksien käyttämiseksi poista tilisi Asetuksista tai ota yhteyttä tukipalvelumme kautta.
9. Tilin lopettaminen
Voimme sulkea tai poistaa tilejä, jotka rikkovat näitä ehtoja. Voit poistaa oman tilisi milloin tahansa Asetuksista.
10. Ehtojen muutokset
Voimme päivittää näitä ehtoja. Jos jatkat palvelun käyttöä muutosten julkaisemisen jälkeen, hyväksyt päivitetyt ehdot.
11. Sovellettava laki
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Riidat ratkaistaan suomalaisissa tuomioistuimissa.
